Delightful hotel, magnificent restaurant. Particularly pleasant, polite people working here. Gorgeous rooms with impeccable style! Cosy decoration. Nice location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Cable car Plateau Rosa. Found in a charming area. What a really nice stay, no complaints whatsoever.

The superior king room is heated and has a private safe, a mini bar and central heating. Private bathroom is very good. It has particularly good and absolutely perfect setting to the larger area in Zermatt. And it's nestled in a perfect building so close to Turin airport, and the centre.

Simply no complaint, very nice stay. Exceptional food, good service and marvellous view of the mountains. Beautiful, wonderful room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Friendly personnel, exceptionally comfortable bed. Good location to Cable car Plateau Rosa. Really beautiful area just next door to Plateau Rosa'.

Throughout the day staff were fabulously helpful. The setting was nice, close to the gardens beneath the warm morning sun with the Matterhorn in the background and a hill overlooking the Matterhorn. It also was in the slopes.
Though everything was superb, some of the staff were disappointing.

Really unforgettable experience there. Perfect hotel with good facilities, exceptionally nice location to the ski lifts. Well decorated rooms, overlooking mountain. Location close to the slopes as well as the gardens beneath the warm morning sun. Easy walk to Breuil - Plan Maison.
